There are plenty of pepper lovers out there, and this collection aims to please both their sweet-and-spicy palate. This collection includes 'Jimmy Nardello', a delicious Italian pepper ideal for frying, as well as 'Shishito', which is to-die-for-good when sautéed and served hot, sprinkled with salt. The heirloom pepper 'Aleppo' from Syria, now listed on Slow Food's Ark of Taste, is our favorite dried pepper... we add it to everything! I could go on but now I'm hungry!
