We want you to be 100% satisfied with our seeds! 

Every seed lot we sell is germination tested at an accredited third-party seed testing facility and only seed lots with passing tests are offered for sale. While success in growing plants from seed is the culmination of many factors, if you believe you have received seeds that do not meet minimum germination standards, we will happily send you either a replacement or a refund. To initiate a claim, please contact us with your order #, the variety in question and a description of your experience and concerns. As is customary in the seed trade, Summertime Seed Co.’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of its seeds is limited to replacement of the seed, or the return of the purchase price, as outlined below.

Limitation of Remedy

The liability of Summertime Seed Company for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the item, or the return of the purchase price. As is customary in the seed trade, in no case shall Summertime Seed Co. be liable for more than the purchase price of the seed or product. By ordering such seeds and products, the purchaser acknowledges this limited warranty. Our seeds and products are guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase.
