Can I place an international order?

We do not currently offer international order services beyond Canada.

Are all your seeds organic?

Yes, all the seed we sell is certified organic. This also means that all of our seed is non-GMO and untreated. If you are a commercial farmer and need a copy of our certificate, please contact us.

How can I place an order?

As a small business, we currently only accept retail orders through our website checkout. Wholesale customers can visit our wholesale page for information or contact us for support.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept any form of payment that is compatible with the website’s checkout platform which includes most credit and debit cards as well as other digital payments. Contact us if you need an alternative.

Shipping & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Maybe. Please contact us as soon as possible with your cancel request and if your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will be happy to cancel it. Orders that have already been fulfilled can be returned for a refund. See how to initiate a return here.

Can I change my order after I’ve submitted it?

Unfortunately we are not able to modify submitted orders. If you need to make a change, please contact us requesting us to cancel your existing order so you can re-enter a new order with the changes. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will be happy to cancel your initial order.

Can I return my order?

Unopened seed can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Details are available here.
