This Italian heirloom frying pepper is one of our all-time favorites. It’s incredibly flavorful, delicious both as a sweet snack raw or quickly sautéed, making it a kitchen staple. My kids used to love having them in their school lunches every fall and never got tired of them. It’s clear why this is listed in Slow Food's Ark of Taste. Farmers love them, chefs love them, kids love them! Impressively productive!
