One of the only fragrant penstemon and unique in that it reaches 5 feet in height. In fact, at our farm, it was at least 6 feet tall. This beautiful perennial has pink bell-shaped flowers that combine well with its attractive silver blue stems and foliage. I love the hot pink streaking on the inside of the bell and so do the bees. This variety deserves more recognition! Needs very little water once established and prefers a lean soil as it is native to the dry western ecosystem. Wonderful pollinator. Short-lived perennial. Strain originally sourced from Grand Prismatic Seeds.
