Ruby Streaks Mustard

One of the first crops we grew commercially for seed, this purple-streaked mustard holds a special place in my heart. Its dark maroon streaks running through deeply lobed greens create a stunning visual, making it ideal for baby leaf production as a salad mix component. Can also be grown to a larger size and used like any mustard with its peppery flavor.
