Grow these beauties in your garden and then enjoy them again, dried indoors, when the weather gets wintry. This mix has lots of pretty pink shades, from rosy pastels in some of the strawflowers and yarrows to the hottest pink in the ‘Ruby Parfait’ celosia. Amaranth ‘Burgundy’ is a deep shade of red wine that can tie any bouquet together. My favorite, however, is dried larkspur. The petals hold their color well if dried properly and while they look delicate, they’re surprisingly strong. In addition to drying well, these flowers look great in the garden or in a fresh bouquet as well!
