This is a low-growing perennial delphinium reaching 1.5-2' tall. The truest blue color of practically any flower. A rich and intense royal blue with striking indigo tips or black dots on its petals. Dramatic! The plant itself has an airy quality with many branching stems resembling an abundance of small butterflies. A notable aspect of this plant is its bloom period. We had continuous blooms all summer and fall if deadheaded. Super super pretty in a garden container.
