Collards are a true southern staple known for their versatility and rich flavor. Champion is a modern classic variety bred in Virginia in 1979. Selected for its long harvest window and pest resistance, this variety features a more rounded leaf form and thrives as a vigorous, cold-hardy plant. More resistant to bolting than many other varieties. Thick and tender dark green leaves with high nutritional value.

This seed has been tested negative for both Black Leg and Black Rot.
