As the name suggests, this variety of Amaranth features a unique coral shade that gracefully cascades downward, adding an elegant touch to any garden or bouquet. The soft and cheerful color is very serene and brings a sense of calm and warmth to a garden. I feel like I can breathe deeper around it! By far my favorite color of Amaranth, the main flower makes a striking centerpiece in large bouquets while the smaller side shoots lend a romantic quality to traditional floral arrangements. This plant not only looks stunning in a vase, it is fantastic in the garden border as well. Like all Amaranths, the young leaves are edible and the seeds are a food source for birds and humans alike.
