Also known as Hummingbird Mint or Mexican Hyssop. Long-blooming and stunning en masse, the vibrant orange color reminds me of melons! Its trumpet-shaped blooms are a magnet for hummingbirds and other pollinators. The small yet stunning flowers appear in summer and pair beautifully with late-season favorites like Rudbeckia, Zinnia, and Echinacea. A perennial in warmer climates but performs as an annual in cooler regions. I Drought tolerant once established. Deer and rabbit resistant. This will look great in a container and is a great choice for both experienced gardeners and beginners.
